Dylan W. Goff

Dylan and his firm, Goff Law Group, LLC, are of counsel to Thad Myers, P.A.  Dylan has been in private practice in South Carolina since 2008.  He is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of South Carolina.  Dylan focuses his practice on medical malpractice, small business law, and probate and estate planning for clients across the state.

Dylan is a combat veteran.  He served in Operation Enduring Freedom as the leader of a military training team and as an adviser training Afghan forces in southern Afghanistan with United States Army Special Forces and forces from the United Kingdom.  His decorations include the Bronze Star Medal and the Combat Action Badge.  He continues to actively serve in the South Carolina Army National Guard.  He is a past Chairman of the Board of directors of Hidden Wounds, a non-profit veteran's service organization providing emergency counseling services for combat veterans and their families.  Dylan also serves of the South Carolina Advisory Committee for the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, an organization advocating strong American leadership and involvement in the world.

 

Dylan is a 2002 graduate of The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina and has served on the governing board of the college since 2010.  He was honored to be elected by his fellow members of the board to serve as Vice Chair of the Board of Visitors for four years.  He currently serves as chairman of the Strategic Vision and Governance Committee and the Legal Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee.  Dylan is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was extremely honored to have been an annual guest lecturer on issues of constitutional law in his friend the late Professor William J. Quirk’s class “The Constitution.”
